Baseball Stitching

The following is a photo tutorial of how to easily and evenly work stitching on any hat to create the look Baseball Stitching.

The first thing I did was stitch in ‘guide lines’ using a scrap piece of yarn and an embroidery needle, that way I could keep the stitches evenly spaced and a similar curve.  Once I was happy with how the ‘guide lines’ looked, using the color desired for the ‘V’ stitch and an embroidery needle I carefully stitched in the ‘V’s and pulled the guide yarn out so that I would not stitch it into the hat.

SONY DSCYou can see that I did not have enough room for a complete ‘V’ stitch so I did a small stitch
