Broomstick Lace in a Round Tutorial

Broomstick lace is a rather simple stitch to accomplish, but it does take a bit of time to get the hang of.  Once you have a good understanding of the Broomstick Lace stitch, you should try out this tutorial for working Broomstick Lace in a round.  It will open your world up to a whole new set of patterns!

As mentioned there are several different ways to accomplish this stitch.  I chose to simply let my loops hang there, but it would not be difficult to gather the loops and put a stitch marker to help keep them safe.  I don’t recommend using belting as it does cause a great deal of fuzz and is very time consuming taking the loops off because of the texture of the belting

So there you have it. There is not much more to Broomstick Lace being worked in the round v. working in regular rows
